Live Support or Online Chat is a Web Service that allows KeyHealth members and providers to communicate, or chat in real time with a Client Service consultant.
The real time nature of the chat experience can help ease user frustration by not having to phone the call center and wait for the next available consultant, and unlike email support, it is a medium for more immediate responses as you will communicate with a consultant in real time.
As soon as the conversation is terminated, you will receive a transcript of the chat conversation via email.
The online chat function will not replace any of the current communication methods used by KeyHealth, it is merely an additional communication method implemented to further enhance your KeyHealth experience. This functionality will be available as from 1 July 2013 and can be accessed by clicking on the Live Support icon at the top of the page.
